Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you review product descriptions, specifications and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once processing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
